Yes — you can upgrade from Free to Pro or Elite at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
What are credits and how are they used?
Credits are the single unit that powers every AI feature — trade ideas, sentiment scans, earnings plays, GEX chat, dashboard briefs, TA analysis, and social-copy helpers. Each AI call charges a small number of credits based on the real cost of the AI response. Cheap, short answers cost a handful of credits; heavy multi-timeframe analysis costs more. Your monthly budget refreshes at the start of every billing period.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Your budget resets at the start of every billing period. If Pro runs out, upgrade to Elite to unlock more credits. If Elite runs out, your budget resets at the next billing cycle — there's currently no mid-cycle top-up, though one-time credit packs are on the roadmap.
What is the Scalping Plan?
The Scalping Plan is an AI-synthesized "What to trade right now?" signal generated from all timeframes (Day, 1H, 15m) combined with GEX context. It's designed to give you an immediate, actionable intraday edge.
Which AI provider does the analysis?
The TA Analysis tab always runs on Claude (Anthropic) — it produces the most detailed, human-quality breakdowns. The dashboard features (Trade Ideas, Sentiment, Macro, etc.) default to Groq for speed, but you can switch them to Claude from the settings on any run.
